DesignWorld! was founded by several people who were thinking one day, “What if we had a blog about things that were about design?” The people thought that was a good idea, so here is DesignWorld! Design is so important to the people who do design that it seemed like it made sense to talk to those people about it. Design. So we try to go on and on and on about design to the people who do design who think it is so important.

The name of DesignWorld! came about because we were trying to think of two things that were very very important and put them together with no spaces in between. So, Design is important, of course and the World is important, of course, so we put them together and it worked!
